Welcome to the SportMentor! We're all about coming alongside those who are looking to fulfill their God-given purpose in life. Sports is just the platform/perspective we operate from. There are many life-lessons that can be learned from the world of sports that can apply to the rest of life. We invite you to check out our blog and come along on this journey of becoming #bettertogether.

The best part wasn’t having a workout buddy. He became a father figure to me. He always asked me about my faith and made sure I was keeping in my word, then on top of all that he was training me. I’ll forever call this man “pops” because he really was dad for me. Simeon Strauss Waubonsee Community College '20 (Basketball)

What is success and how do I obtain it? Jason helped me wrestle with this question on and off the track. What does it mean to be a man and what is my God-given purpose? Through one on one mentoring, Jason helped instill in me a vision for making my life count, not only in seeking my own personal growth, but by investing and multiplying my life through investing in others. Adam Johnson Anawan HS '05 (Football, Basketball, Track) North Central College '09 (Track All-American)

Jason has been an incredible mentor and friend in my life. His capacity to Love is beyond measure. Jason is always the guy you want to go to when you have a problem or just need a friend to talk to....I think its safe to say that Jason has played a big role in pushing me to be "the best version of myself" and who God has called me to be, and for that I just want to say, thank you :) Eric Hilgers Musician, Recording Artist
